Work and Pay Guarantees. Hourly Rate Job Classifications -Employees assigned to and working in job classifications subject to hourly rates are guaranteed eight (8) hours pay at the applicable hourly rate each time they are assigned work during a declared emergency. Agreed upon notice of layoff does not apply during a declared emergency. By mutual agreement between the Company and the employee, full-time employees working on Christmas Eve and Good Friday, will receive wages for time worked. Absent agreement, the eight (8) hour guarantee applies.

  • Additional Indebtedness This Indenture does not restrict the Corporation from incurring additional indebtedness for borrowed money or other obligations or liabilities (including Senior Indebtedness) or mortgaging, pledging or charging its properties to secure any indebtedness or obligations or liabilities.

  • REPLACEMENT OF NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS Should any Note, Coupon or Talon be lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed, it may be replaced at the specified office of the Agent upon payment by the claimant of such costs and expenses as may be incurred in connection therewith and on such terms as to evidence and indemnity as the Issuer may reasonably require. Mutilated or defaced Notes, Coupons or Talons must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.

  • CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS A certificate signed by the officer of Maybank as to the monies for the time being due and owing to Maybank from the Cardmember shall be conclusive evidence or proof that the amount appearing therein is due and owing and payable by the Cardmember to Maybank.

  • Obligations of Business Associate Upon Termination Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, business associate shall return to covered entity or, if agreed to by covered entity, destroy all protected health information received from covered entity, or created, maintained, or received by business associate on behalf of covered entity, that the business associate still maintains in any form. Business associate shall retain no copies of the protected health information.

IF CONTRACTOR DOES NOT PAY THE DEBT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EITHER SUCH NOTIFICATION, THE CITY CONTROLLER MAY DEDUCT FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE DEBT FROM ANY PAYMENTS OWED TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, AND CONTRACTOR WAIVES ANY RECOURSE THEREFOR. CONTRACTOR SHALL FILE A NEW AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP, USING THE FORM DESIGNATED BY CITY, BETWEEN FEBRUARY 1 AND MARCH 1 OF EVERY YEAR DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT.
