Common use of Witness and Jury Duty Clause in Contracts

Witness and Jury Duty. An employee who is subpoenaed as a witness or called to serve on a jury shall be granted a leave of absence to serve as required. The employee shall be expected to be at work at all hours when not serving. Leaves of absence for witness or jury duty shall be with full pay, less the amount received by the Employee for such duty.
