Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Each party agrees to the applicable governing law above without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts above.
Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein (without giving effect to the choice of laws provisions thereof) and each party to this Agreement agrees to attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

This Agreement including its Annexes and Amendments and any arrangements regarding its performance, shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Hellenic Republic. In the event of a dispute, claim or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the present Agreement (including a breach of its terms), the Parties shall make every possible effort to amicably settle such dispute, claim or disagreement in good faith. The courts of Athens, Greece shall be the only competent courts for the resolution of any disputes, of legal or tortious nature that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination.
Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its choice of law principles. Any claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and You irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

Each party agrees that this Agreement and Your use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal district court in Denver, Colorado.

This MSA as well as the Commercial Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Austria (without regard to its conflict of law rules and to CISG). Exclusive legal venue for all disputes under or in connection with this MSA shall be with the courts of Vienna, Austria, having subject matter and territorial jurisdiction. This does not apply to xxxxxxx proceedings and to cases of mandatory statutory venues which may not be derogated by party agreement.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any suit, action or proceeding seeking to enforce any provision of, or based on any matter arising out of or in connection with, this Agreement shall be brought in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (or, if subject matter jurisdiction is unavailable, in the state courts of the State of Massachusetts), and each of the parties hereto hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts (and of the appropriate appellate courts) in any such suit, action or proceeding and waives any objection to venue laid therein.
