Withdrawals from Bank Accounts. (a) A Chargor may make withdrawals from Bank Accounts (other than Escrow Accounts) unless prohibited by or pursuant to the Finance Documents.

Withdrawals from Bank Accounts. Notwithstanding the Series 2023-2 (A1) Security created by or pursuant to this Note Trust Deed Supplement, subject to Clause 12.4 (No Withdrawals from Series 2023-2 (A1) Charged Accounts), prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default, amounts standing to the credit of the Series 2023-2 (A1) Charged Accounts in which the Issuer may at any time acquire a Benefit in respect of Series 2023-2 (A1) may be withdrawn therefrom by the Issuer (or any authorised Person on its behalf) but only in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Series 2023-2 (A1) Documents, including (without limitation) the terms hereof.‌
Withdrawals from Bank Accounts. Manager will designate the individuals who will have the authority to sign checks and other documents and instructions of withdrawal from the Operating Account and the Reserve Fund Account, provided such individuals are bonded or otherwise insured. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Manager will have no further rights to either of these accounts.

Even if we honor a nonconforming request or allow a transaction or transaction(s) to overdraw your Bank Account, these may force us to close the Bank Account. We will use the date a transaction is completed by us (as opposed to the day you initiated it) to apply the frequency limitations.

  • Withdrawals From the Custodial Account The Servicer shall, from time to time, withdraw funds from the Custodial Account for the following purposes:

  • Disbursement from the Bank Account 4.1 Subject to 4.3 below, if by the close of regular banking hours on the Termination Date the Escrow Agent determines that the amount in the Fund is less than the Minimum Dollar Amount or the Minimum Securities Amount, as indicated by the Subscription Information submitted to the Escrow Agent, then in either such case, the Escrow Agent shall promptly refund to each prospective purchaser the amount of payment received from such purchaser which is then held in the Fund or which thereafter clears the banking system, without interest thereon or deduction therefrom, by drawing checks on the Bank Account for the amounts of such payments and transmitting them to the purchasers. In such event, the Escrow Agent shall promptly notify the Issuer of its distribution of the Fund.

  • Withdrawals From Escrow Account Withdrawals from the Escrow Account shall be made by the Seller only (a) to effect timely payments of ground rents, taxes, assessments, premiums for Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, fire and hazard insurance premiums or other items constituting Escrow Payments for the related Mortgage, (b) to reimburse the Seller for any Servicing Advance made by Seller pursuant to Subsection 11.08 hereof with respect to a related Mortgage Loan, (c) to refund to any Mortgagor any funds found to be in excess of the amounts required under the terms of the related Mortgage Loan, (d) for transfer to the Custodial Account upon default of a Mortgagor or in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Loan and if permitted by applicable law, (e) for application to restore or repair of the Mortgaged Property, (f) to pay to the Mortgagor, to the extent required by law, any interest paid on the funds deposited in the Escrow Account, (g) to pay to itself any interest earned on funds deposited in the Escrow Account (and not required to be paid to the Mortgagor), (h) to the extent permitted under the terms of the related Mortgage Note and applicable law, to pay late fees with respect to any Monthly Payment which is received after the applicable grace period, (i) to withdraw suspense payments that are deposited into the Escrow Account, (j) to withdraw any amounts inadvertently deposited in the Escrow Account or (k) to clear and terminate the Escrow Account upon the termination of this Agreement.

  • Permitted Withdrawals from the Custodial Account (a) The Master Servicer may, from time to time as provided herein, make withdrawals from the Custodial Account of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 3.07 that are attributable to the Mortgage Loans for the following purposes:
