By notifying CCCERA Human Resources the Union in writing, between August 1 and August 31 any employee may withdraw from Union membership and discontinue paying dues as of the payroll period, commencing September 1; discontinuance of dues payments to then be reflected in the October 1010 paycheck. Immediately upon close of the above mentioned thirtythirty (30) day period, the Union shall submit to CCCERA a list of the employees who have rescinded their authorization for dues deduction.
