Gender; Plural. In this Agreement, unless the contrary intention appears, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa; words importing gender shall include all genders.
Gender; Plural. Section 1: Whenever the content so requires, the use of the words herein in the singular shall be construed to include the plural and words in the plural, the singular, and words whether in the masculine, feminine or neutral genders shall be construed to include all said genders.
