Withdrawal of Membership. By notifying the Auditor-Controller's Office in writing, between August 1 and August 31, any employee assigned to a classification in the Income Maintenance Program Unit, Clerical Supervisory Unit, Social Service Staff Specialist Unit, Engineering Technician Unit, and Property Appraiser Unit may withdraw from Union membership and discontinue paying dues as of the payroll period commencing September 1st; discontinuance of dues payments to then be reflected in the October 10th paycheck. By notifying the Auditor-Controller's Office in writing, between August 1 1, 2005 and August 31, 2005, any employee assigned to a classification in represented by the Income Maintenance Program Unit, Clerical Supervisory Unit, Social Service Staff Specialist Unit, Engineering Technician Unit, and Property Appraiser Unit Union may withdraw from Union membership and discontinue paying dues as of the payroll period commencing September 1st; 1, 2005, discontinuance of dues payments to then be reflected in the October 10th 10, 2005 paycheck. Immediately upon the close of the above mentioned thirtythirty (30) day period the Auditor-Controller shall submit to the Union a list of the employees who have rescinded their authorization for dues deduction.
