Common use of Withdrawal of Membership Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Membership. All members of the bargaining unit, as 18 identified in Article 1 of this agreement may maintain or withdraw at any time their 19 membership in the OPBA. Newly hired employees have the option of becoming a 20 member of the OPBA immediately upon hire. No employee shall be required to become 21 a member of the OPBA as a condition of their employment. 22 23 ARTICLE 3 24 PROBATIONARY PERIOD
