While on Maternity Leave, an Employee Sample Clauses

While on Maternity Leave, an Employee shall retain her full employment status, she may continue to participate in the Employee benefit plans but will be required to pay the premiums for such coverage. Upon completion of Maternity Leave, the Employee will be reimbursed the payment for benefits she made at a rate of one month's payment for each month back at work until all payments have been reimbursed.
