When Employee First Hired or Reassigned to Another Position. When an employee is first engaged or when an employee is reassigned to another position in the bargaining unit, the Corporation shall, upon written request by the employee, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide the employee with a statement of duties and a job description of her position.
