Submit to IDOT for review and approval. • Illinois Department of Natural Resources – Office of Water Resources (IDNR-OWR) Floodway Construction Permitting: Submit hydraulic and floodplain information for a floodway construction permit with IDNR-OWR. Estimated permit fee included in contract as a reimbursable expense.
