Welding Certificates. Currently, certified or coded welding is covered in the competency standards in ‘A Band’ competencies and by the rules in the Implementation Guide, these are not able to be utilised for reclassification above C8. However, in recognition that the previous agreements permitted certain combinations of welding certificates for reclassification, and given it is expected the relevant competencies will be upgraded to ‘Dual Status’ competencies in the next revision of the competency standards, Transfield Services (Australia) Pty Ltd is prepared to carry over recognition of these certificates.

  • Replacement Certificates If, on the date a Securityholder’s escrow securities are to be released, the Escrow Agent holds a share certificate or other evidence representing more escrow securities than are to be released, the Escrow Agent will deliver the share certificate or other evidence to the Issuer or its transfer agent and request replacement share certificates or other evidence.
