Weather Monitoring and Cooling Measures i) A procedure to monitor National Weather Service forecasts beginning at least 36 hours prior to the Event and to measure temperatures with a wet bulb globe thermometer (“WBGT”) at regular intervals (no less than hourly) during the Event. Temperatures shall be measured in areas selected to represent a worst case scenario as determined by Parks in consultation with DOHMH and CECM. This shall include locations where the Event attendees will be dancing, where there is direct sun exposure, and where the ground is exposed asphalt. The Heat Safety Plan shall specify how temperature forecasts and measurements will be evaluated and shared with Licensee’s staff and City representatives and how announcements will be made regarding the temperature prior to and during the Event at regular intervals. Forecast and measured temperatures shall be used to trigger actions to reduce health risks as described below:

  • Prudential Measures 1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, a Party shall not be prevented from taking measures relating to financial services for prudential reasons, including for the protection of investors, depositors, policy holders or persons to whom a fiduciary duty is owed by an enterprise supplying financial services, or to ensure the integrity and stability of its financial system. 2.   • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

  • Bilateral Safeguard Measures 1. Where, as a result of the reduction or elimination of a customs duty under this Agreement, any product originating in a Party is being imported into the territory of another Party in such increased quantities, in absolute terms or relative to domestic production, and under such conditions as to constitute a substantial cause of serious injury or threat thereof to the domestic industry of like or directly competitive products in the territory of the importing Party, the importing Party may take bilateral safeguard measures to the minimum extent necessary to remedy or prevent the injury, subject to the provisions of paragraphs 2 to 10.

  • General Measures (a) Evidence of family violence may be required and can be in the form an agreed document issued by the Police Service, a Court, a registered health practitioner, a Family Violence Support Service, district nurse, maternal and child health nurse or Lawyer. A signed statutory declaration can also be offered as evidence.
