Health Risks. The Student accepts to travel to the tropics and is fully aware of the risks associated to studying in a tropical environment. The Student will take all precautions to avoid encounters with venomous or behaviourally dangerous animals (arthropods, fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, etc.). The Student will also visit a medical unit specialized in tropical diseases before travelling to the tropics and follow the medical guidelines as prescribed (e.g., with respect to malaria). In addition, the student is required to abide by all the safety regulations imposed or advised by the local staff of the participating institutions.
Health Risks. 4.1 No Health Risk You must immediately inform us in writing if you believe or reasonably should be of the belief, that participating in any fitness activities offered by us in any way could pose a risk to your health. Unless you tell us otherwise, we assume you have no health risks, conditions or injuries.

In coordination with the local health bureaus, APG shall, and shall cause the IAs to, ensure that (a) the Works contractors disseminate information and conduct awareness training on the risks and prevention measures of HIV/AIDS and other communicable diseases to their employees, temporary laborers and family members, and subcontractors during the Project implementation; (b) measures to prevent other communicable diseases are implemented, within the construction sites, as specified in the EMP; and (c) these requirements are included in the Works contracts, monitored and reported quarterly to ADB through APG. Health Risks. The Contractor shall immediately report to the CO, COR, the AF base POC, verbal telephone or e-mail notification pursuant to the Contract, any issues or incidents which may indicate potential imminent risk to contracted, federal, or local personnel, the public at large, or the environment. Following the verbal or e-mail notification, a written notice with supporting documentation, to include photographic documentation whenever appropriate, shall be prepared and delivered within three (3) working days to the CO. Upon request of the CO, or the COR, the contractor shall provide pertinent raw laboratory data immediately (not to exceed two [2] weeks) via e-mail, and then provide final results and laboratory quality data via standard mail as soon as possible.

In coordination with the Borrower’s local health bureaus, SPG shall ensure that the PMO requires the Subborrowers to ensure that (a) the Works contractors disseminate information and conduct awareness training on the risks and prevention measures of HIV/AIDS and other communicable diseases to their employees, temporary laborers and family members, and subcontractors during Project implementation; and

The Borrower shall cause Punjab to ensure that the civil works contracts include legally mandated provisions on health, sanitation, and appropriate working conditions, including accommodation, where appropriate, for construction workers at campsites during the construction period of the Project.
Health Risks. MRD shall ensure that (i) Works contractors disseminate information on the risks of socially and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV transmission, to their employees and temporary laborers during Project implementation; and

(a) The CAMH Representative may (acting reasonably) refuse admittance to, or order the removal from, the Facility of any person employed or engaged in the provision of any Project Co Service for whom a report as referred to in Section 27.20 has not been received or whose presence poses or is reasonably believed to pose a risk to the health and/or well-being of any CAMH Party, patients, volunteers or visitors to the Facility, and such action, which shall forthwith be confirmed in writing by CAMH, shall not relieve Project Co of any of its obligations under this Project Agreement. In complying with any such directive, Project Co shall not be required to breach Applicable Law.

The EA shall ensure that (i) all Works contracts include a requirement to conduct an information and education campaign on sexually transmitted diseases (STD), including HIV/AIDS for construction workers as part of the health and safety program at Project construction campsites; (ii) similar information on the risk of transmission of STD, including HIV/AIDS is disseminated at the worksites and to local communities in the corridor of influence, in coordination with national agencies working on this issue; and
Health Risks. 14. The Project Local Governments shall, in coordination with the appropriate agencies identified by SPG, cause the contractors to disseminate information on the risks of socially and sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS, to their employees during Project implementation.
