Health Care Facilities. Upon the effective date of this Agreement, the Employer will no longer provide fitness facility memberships for members of the bargaining unit. Bargaining unit members shall continue to have access to fitness facilities at the Highway Patrol Training Academy in accordance with policies established by the Employer.
Health Care Facilities. Each of the Shareholders and Health Care Providers maintains in good standing staff memberships or similar affiliations with the health care facilities as set forth on Section 8.27 of the Disclosure Schedule.

Each Health Care Facility is certified as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid services. Each real property lease for a Health Care Facility on which a Borrower is a lessee is assignable to and assumable by Lenders.
