Waste Disposal System. Buyer and Seller are aware that Broker(s) makes no implied or express warranty as to the existence and/or condition of the waste disposal system for the subject property. Buyer and Seller are further advised that the existence of a Sewer Permit does not guarantee that the property is connected to a sewer. Buyer is advised to make own independent investigation as to the type and adequacy of the waste disposal system at subject property. · . -

Waste Disposal System. At all times during the Term of this Lease and any renewals thereof, Lessee at its own cost and expense, shall comply with all requirements of the Miami Dade Water and Sewer Authority, or its successor, regulating the type and quality of waste that may be discharged into the sanitary sewers serving the Premises, including, without limitation, the installation of any alternative waste disposal or pretreatment system that may from time to time be designated by said authority. Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, liabilities, damages, fines, fees or other expenses whatsoever, (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and appellate attorneys’ fees and legal assistants’ fees and court costs) arising from or growing out of Lessee’s failure to comply with any such requirements. Any alternative waste disposal or pretreatment system shall immediately become and remain part of the real estate and property of Lessor. Lessor, at its sole cost, shall have the right from time to time to order such tests as it may determine to be necessary to detect and analyze the waste and effluent being discharged into the waste collection and pretreatment system for the Premises.
Waste Disposal System. Subtenant acknowledges that Landlord and/or Sublandlord may impose a coordinated waste disposal system for the Complex. Subtenant shall comply with the rules and regulations set forth by Landlord and/or Sublandlord with respect to such coordinated waste disposal system.

Related to Waste Disposal System

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.

  • Materials of Environmental Concern have not been transported or disposed of from the Properties in violation of, or in a manner or to a location that could give rise to liability under, any Environmental Law, nor have any Materials of Environmental Concern been generated, treated, stored or disposed of at, on or under any of the Properties in violation of, or in a manner that could give rise to liability under, any applicable Environmental Law;

  • Waste and Nuisance The Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the leased premises, nor shall he maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisance on the leased premises.

  • Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument.   • SAFETY AND HEALTH 20.1 The Employer, employee and Union have a significant responsibility for workplace safety and health.

  • Environmental, Health and Safety Matters (a) The Company has complied and is in compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.

  • Environmental, Health and Safety i. Environment, Health and Safety Performance. Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS shall promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver goods that contain asbestos mineral fibers.

  • Waste or Nuisance Tenant shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Leased Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant or occupant of the Complex in which the Leased Premises are located.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
