Warranty for Third Party Products. Lenovo offers no warranty in respect of Third-Party Products under this Agreement. Where the supplier or producer of any Third-Party Product offers its own warranty, and to the extent that Lenovo is free to do so, Lenovo will upon request endeavor to transfer associated warranty service and other rights to Customer, subject always to the applicable Third Party’s terms and conditions.

Warranty for Third Party Products. PTC disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to Sun Software, Oracle Software and any Bundled Third Party Products (described on the Schedule of Third Party Terms), and if any such products are supplied by PTC, they are provided without any warranties except as expressly stated in Section 2.4 hereof.
Warranty for Third Party Products. To the extent that the Goods are manufactured by a third party (“Third Party Products”) and the Seller is acting as a mere distributor of such Third Party Products, the Seller provides no warranty other than the warranty, if any, that the Seller is authorized to pass through to the Buyer.

Contractor shall extend the Project warranty period by the cumulative period(s) of time, after notification, during which the Software Deliverables require servicing or replacement (down time) or is in the possession of the Contractor, its agents, officers, Subcontractors, distributors, resellers or employees . The Commissioner agrees that Contractor is not responsible for any modification of the Software Deliverables made by an Authorized User without Contractor’s approval.
