Waiver of Right to Xxx. Except for the Company’s promises and obligations contained in the CIC Agreement, the Executive further agrees, promises and covenants that neither the Executive, nor any person, organization, or any other entity acting on the Executive’s behalf will file, charge, claim, xxx or cause or permit to be filed, charged or claimed, any action for damages or other relief (including injunctive, declaratory, monetary relief or other) against the Company, involving any matter occurring in the past up to the Effective Date of this Agreement or involving any continuing effects of actions or practices which arose prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employment.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. Indemnitor waives any and all rights to now or hereafter commence or prosecute any Claims against Releasees. By agreeing to this Indemnity, Release and Waiver, Agreement (the “Waiver”), Indemnitor understands that he/she is expressly waiving and releasing the Releasees from any actions, claims or suits for injuries, death, pain, suffering, loss, property damage or any other harm that may arise or is sustained by Participant as a direct or indirect result of Participant’s participation in any activities of THE PARKWAY BANK SPORTS COMPLEX , wherever or however they may occur. THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS HAD ADEQUATE TIME AND OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THIS WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS ITS TERMS. Waiver of Right to Xxx. I waive my right to the possibility of contact with plants, animals, or insects that could cause stings, allergic reactions, bites or other injury. However unlikely, participation in the CG Activities may involve known and unknown and unforeseeable risks, including severe injury, or even death, to myself or third parties, or damage to property owned by me or by others.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. You release Eternal Empire, its Affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute with any user of any of the Website or Services, or arising in any way from content posted to any of the Website by any third party.
Waiver of Right to Xxx. On behalf of myself and any minor(s) for whom I am responsible, I unconditionally waive the right to xxx WISP for damages, illness, injury, or death arising out of or relating to participation in any of the ACTIVITIES. This waiver also encompasses claims arising from or relating to the negligence of WISP, claims arising out of or relating to exposure to infectious diseases, and claims arising out of or relating to the condition of, or the use of, rented equipment.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my, or the minor participant’s right to maintain a lawsuit against SHOCKWAVE or any RELEASEES, on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is lost or damaged during THE EVENT, or if I suffer psychological or emotional harm or otherwise am in any way dissatisfied with THE EVENT, that I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit on the basis of any claim from which I have released THE EVENT, its organizers, leaders, facilitators, volunteers, or participants, as stated in No. 13 above. Xxxx Xxxxxx’s employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xx. Xxxx Xxxxxx does not waive his right to participate in a lawsuit in the event that an action is brought by the shareholders of the Corporation against the Corporation.
