Waiver of Demand. Demand, presentment, protest and notice of nonpayment are hereby waived by Borrower. Borrower also waives, to the extent permitted by law, the benefit of all valuation, appraisal and exemption laws.
Waiver of Demand. The Pledgor hereby unconditionally: (i) waives any requirement that the Pledgees, in the event of a breach in any material respect by the Company of any of its representations or warranties in the Transaction Documents, first make demand upon, or seek to enforce remedies against, the Company or any other person before demanding payment of enforcement hereunder; (ii) covenants that this Agreement will not be discharged except by complete performance of all the Obligations to the extent of the Collateral; (iii) agrees that this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without regard to, and shall not be affected or impaired, without limitation, by, any invalidity, irregularity or unenforceability in whole or in part of the Transaction Documents or any limitation on the liability of the Company thereunder, or any limitation on the method or terms of payment thereunder which may now or hereafter be caused or imposed in any manner whatsoever; and (iv) waives diligence, presentment and protest with respect to, and notice of default in the performance or payment of any Obligation by the Company under or in connection with the Transaction Documents.
Waiver of Demand. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each of the Guarantors waives presentment to, demand of payment from and protest of any of the Obligations, and also waives notice of acceptance of its Guarantee and notice of protest for nonpayment.

The Company hereby waives diligence, presentment, protest and demand and notice of protest and demand, dishonor and nonpayment of this Note, and expressly agrees that this Note, or any payment hereunder, may be extended from time to time and that the holder hereof may accept security for this Note or release security for this Note, all without in any way affecting the liability of the Company hereunder.

The Borrower (i) waives demand, presentment, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor of this Agreement; (ii) consents to any and all extensions of time, renewals, waivers, or modifications that may be granted by the Bank with respect to the payment or other provisions of this Agreement; and (iii) agrees that makers, endorsers, guarantors, and sureties for the indebtedness evidenced hereby may be added or released without notice to the Borrower and without affecting the Borrower's liability hereunder. The liability of the Borrower hereunder shall be absolute and unconditional.

Waiver of Demand. The undersigned hereby waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest, and all other demands and notices, in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance, and enforcement of this Note.
