VIDEO DISPLAY TERMINAL OPERATORS. A. Full-time employees who operate VDT machines on a full-time basis shall be eligible for annual eye exams. Such employees shall also be eligible for reimbursement for the cost of glasses, should there be a change in the employee's lens prescription.
