(Continued) 2 said additional PVS, and b) the full recurring costs for said PVS, as deemed 3 necessary by COUNTY, including the costs of maintenance, and 5 become functionally or technologically obsolete. Said costs related to 6 additional PVS are not included in, and are in addition to, the costs set forth 7 in Attachment A and the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in Subsection 8 G-2 of this Agreement.
