Variations to the Applicable Data Protection law. In the event of any changes to the Data Protection law applicable in the jurisdiction of the Data Controller or the Data Processor, which require changes to the obligations set out in this Processing Agreement in order for the Data Controller or Data Processor to maintain compliance with the applicable Data Protection law, the Parties shall use reasonable endeavours to agree such changes.
