Valid Service In Proceedings. Each party agrees that process and any other documents in respect of proceedings in any court, tribunal (arbitral or otherwise) or before any other entity or person involved in a dispute resolution process with respect to this Agreement will be validly served on that party if they are served in accordance with this Clause 34 (but excluding service by email), and each party irrevocably consents to service in that manner. Nothing in this Agreement will affect the right of any party to serve process and any other documents in any other manner permitted by applicable law.
