Vacation Day Compensation. 1. The Board shall reimburse each administrator at his/her per diem salary for all credit unused vacation days at the time of separation from the district, subject to the provisions set forth herein:

Holiday Compensation 1. Those employees working a five-day per week schedule with Saturdays and Sundays as normal days off shall receive cash payment for eight (8) hours per holiday subject to the conditions of this article.
HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126. Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time- and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime as provided for elsewhere in this contract. 127. Compensation for Unused Sick Leave 1. Employees who enter County service after July 1, 1979, shall not be eligible for compensation for any of their unused sick leave credits.
Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.
Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.
Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.

Vacation Payout Where an employee requests in writing to have a specific number of vacation days paid out, and the Employer agrees to the request, the Employer will issue pay in lieu of vacation. Pay in lieu of vacation, if agreed, will be granted only after a minimum of 15 days' vacation time has already been taken in the year.
Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.
