Common use of Vacation and Sick Days Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Days. Employee shall be entitled to fifteen (15) business days of paid vacation during each calendar year (pro-rated for periods shorter than a calendar year). Vacation and sick days shall be taken in accordance with the Company's published guidelines.
