Evening Shift Premium. All employees shall receive an evening shift premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for all hours worked between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Evening Shift Premium. All employees who are scheduled to work twenty-two (22) hours or more per week, shall receive sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay, for each half hour worked between 6:30 p.m. and the end of the shift. Premium pay for the evening shift shall not be added to the employees’ hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime under Article 6.01.
Evening Shift Premium. Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required to work any hour or portion thereof, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, shall be paid a shift premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. This premium shall be in the amount of fifty (50¢) cents per hour for each such hour, calculated to the nearest quarter-hour. The shift premium shall be paid for all hours to include overtime and hours worked on a General Holiday set forth in Article 9 of this Agreement.”
Evening Shift Premium. Effective September 21, 2021, any employee, who is required to work as an RSW at any time during the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., shall be paid an evening shift premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of ninety-five (95¢) cents per hour for each such hour or portion of an hour worked. Evening shift premium shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
Evening Shift Premium. A shift premium of ten cents ($0.10) per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 3:00 p.m. Effective November 1, 2021, increase the above premium to fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour.
Evening Shift Premium. Effective April 1, 2016, the shift differential for all hours worked between the hours of 1500 and 2300 shall be two dollars ($2.00). Effective April 1, 2017, the shift differential for all hours worked between the hours of 1500 and 2300 shall be two dollars and fifteen cents ($2.15).
Evening Shift Premium. Where the majority of hours of the shift fall between fifteen hundred (1500) hours and twenty-three hundred (2300) hours, a shift differential of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour shall be paid to Employees for each hour worked. Effective the first pay period in January 2020, where the majority of hours of the shift fall between fifteen hundred (1500) hours and twenty-three hundred (2300) hours, a shift differential of two dollars and sixty cents ($2.60) per hour shall be paid to Employees for each hour worked.
