Vacancies and Job Openings - Salaried Employees. It is the objective of the parties to provide a procedure for the notification of non-teaching salaried employees of the existence of vacancies. For the purpose of this provision, a vacancy is defined as a position which is unoccupied and is to be filled by the Employer when all other employees have assigned positions and there is no employee who has claim to return to the position from leave of absence or layoff. The following guidelines shall be observed, namely:
