Changes in Schedules. 1. Start and stop times at the Technical and Education Center may be adjusted as needed, providing the contractual work day is notexceeded.
Changes in Schedules. Changes in regular work schedules may be made by the County provided that affected employees are given adequate notice of such changes. Except for emergency situations, and for the duration of the emergency, notice of a permanent change in a regular work schedule shall be given at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Employees will have the option to establish a flexible work schedule with the approval of the employee's immediate supervisor.

Except for emergencies, changes in a nurse's scheduled work unit, scheduled regular shift or scheduled regular number of hours in the work day will not be made unless the nurse is given advance notice of the change and is provided the opportunity to discuss the proposed change with the appropriate supervisor.
Changes in Schedules. Compensation schedules attached to this Contract may be changed by Company at any time with notice to Producer. Such changed compensation schedules shall apply to applications for Products received by Company on and after the date of the new schedule.
