Common use of UWOSA Policy Grievance Clause in Contracts

UWOSA Policy Grievance. UWOSA shall be entitled to file a policy grievance involving a question of general application or interpretation of any Article of this Agreement directly at STEP THREE by filing such a grievance with the AVP - Human Resources or designate. Any grievance by UWOSA as provided in this paragraph shall be commenced within fifteen (15) days after its occurrence or from the date UWOSA ought reasonably to have been aware of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance. UWOSA agrees not to unnecessarily by-pass the individual or group grievance process through the filing of Policy grievances.
