USUAL PLACE OF RESIDENCE. a) For the purpose of this Agreement, an interstate distant employee is an employee who is engaged or selected or advised by the Employer to proceed from their interstate usual place of residence to work on the Project to perform duties under their contract of employment and the employee does so such that the employee cannot return to their usual place of residence each night.
