At this point, the first sprint cycle will commence towards the completion of the Launch Pad website and will follow this basic workflow: During the development cycle for the Launch Pad website, efforts will be made to identify the data collection methods required for validation our fundamental assumptions. The underlying goal of the Launch Pad website is to launch quickly in order to start making data driven improvements to the website. GROWTH DRIVEN DESIGN Once the Launch Pad site has been completed, auention will be turned to the remaining wishlist items.
