Pad Site definition

Pad Site is defined in the Recitals.
Pad Site means a location for a freestanding Building within a larger Commercial center.
Pad Site means a lot and all appurtenances thereto designated as a pad site on the Premises that is eligible to be leased to a Person under a Lease and “Pad Sites” means more than one Pad Site.

Pad Site shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of "Permitted Pad Sale."
