User Accounts and Security. The LiveVol Platform will be accessed solely by Users (as specifically identified on Exhibit C) via a network connection to a computer server controlled by LiveVol. For security reasons, LiveVol reserves the right, upon reasonable notice to Subscriber, to periodically change (or require a change of) User Account identifiers and/or passwords. User Accounts and Security. Licensee shall promptly provide XXXX with complete and accurate information required to establish a logon identity and password for Licensee’s authorized individual users so they may access the Licensed Software. Licensee is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user IDs and passwords of its authorized users, and for logging out of Licensee’s account at the end of each session. Neither XXXX nor its Third-Party Vendors will be responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of an unauthorized use of Licensee’s account. Licensee shall notify XXXX immediately of any unauthorized use of Licensee’s logon identities or passwords so that XXXX may take appropriate actions.

  • Passwords and Security You acknowledge that you will be the only authorized user of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for your account(s). You will be fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of your user name(s) and password (s) and you agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from the use of your user name (s) or password(s) (except as provided for in paragraph 5 below). You also agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from your authorization to link your brokerage account(s) to any other Firstrade Securities Inc. account(s). You acknowledge that we may tape record conversations with you, whether in person or by telephone, for purposes of verification and you consent to such recording.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above.   • DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY It will always be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to manage data transfer and to secure all data appropriately during the project to prevent unauthorized access to all data, products, and deliverables.

  • Data and Security If Contractor is granted access to Court Data, Confidential Information or Court Work Locations in the performance of the Work;

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • PJM E-Accounts Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. In a timely manner, Xxxxx shall establish PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s) and Seller shall confirm the PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s).

  • ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS The accounts and records maintained by ALPS shall be the property of the Fund. ALPS shall prepare, maintain and preserve such accounts and records as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. ALPS shall surrender such accounts and records to the Fund, in the form in which such accounts and records have been maintained or preserved, promptly upon receipt of instructions from the Fund. The Fund shall have access to such accounts and records at all times during ALPS’ normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by ALPS to the Fund at the Fund’s expense. ALPS shall assist the Fund, the Fund’s independent auditors, or, upon approval of the Fund, any regulatory body, in any requested review of the Fund’s accounts and records, and reports by ALPS or its independent accountants concerning its accounting system and internal auditing controls will be open to such entities for audit or inspection upon reasonable request. ALPS or its undersigned as defined by Rule 17a-4 of the Securities and Exchange Act (the “Exchange Act”), shall have access to all electronic communications, including password access to the system storing the electronic communications, of registered representatives of ALPS that are associated with the Fund and are required to be maintained under Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act and FINRA Rules 3110 and 3010. Electronic storage media maintained by the Fund will comply with Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act.

  • Data Protection and Security A. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
