Use of Xxxx Pay. Eligibility. In order to activate Xxxx Pay, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, have at least one checking account with us, or be a signer on the account on which you will use Xxxx Pay. You must also have access to the Internet and a valid email address. Access. You will sign on to Xxxx Pay, Xxxxx State Bank home banking Site. This service is generally accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for reasonable periods on a daily basis for system maintenance. We are not liable for any failure to provide access to Xxxx Pay. We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to Xxxx Pay at any time and for any reason without notice or refund of any fees. You should keep your password(s) in a secure location. Any person having access to your user ID and password will be able to access Xxxx Pay and perform all transactions including reviewing account information and making transfers to other entities. Because of the site security system, should a user attempt to access a secure area more than three (3) times using an invalid member number or password, that user will be locked out of the secure areas of the site. To regain access to the secure areas, the user must contact our Bookkeeping Department at 217- 932-2136.

  • Use of Name (a) The Sub-Adviser hereby consents to the use of its name and the names of its affiliates in the Fund’s disclosure documents, shareholder communications, advertising, sales literature and similar communications.   • Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
