Use of Remaining Funds. 3.1. After funding compensation and the reserve, as described in Section 2, the Employer may utilize remaining Funds for the purposes of supporting program needs such as additional Nurse Educator faculty positions, release time for curriculum and program development, instruction support and administrative costs for Nurse Educators only, Nursing Program equipment, as well as other uses stipulated in HB 2158 §5.4 and SB 6168 §617 or provided for by the Legislature.

Use of Remaining Funds. In the event of termination of the Fund, the Trustees shall apply the Fund to pay or to provide for the payment of any and all obligations of the Trust and shall distribute and apply any remaining surplus exclusively for educational purposes in such manner as will in their opinion best effectuate the stated purpose of said Trust in accordance with the provisions of 509 (a) (2) of the Code.
Use of Remaining Funds. Funds re- maining after all costs incident to the basic project have been paid or pro- vided for will not include applicant contributions. Funds remaining, may be considered in direct proportion to the amounts obtained from each source. Remaining funds will be han- dled as follows:

  • Matching Funds The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Cost of Project as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Matching Funds shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement. In the event that the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Cost of Project identified in Appendix D, the OPWC shall not be required to increase the maximum amount of the grant provided herein and the Recipient shall increase its Matching Funds to meet such actual Cost of Project.

  • Purchase of Retail Power Illinois Power Marketing Company d/b/a Homefield Energy (Homefield Energy) agrees to sell, and you, as a participant in the City of Bloomington Opt-Out Aggregation Program, agree to buy, all your residential power and energy service (Retail Power) at the price and on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Homefield Energy is an independent seller of power and energy service certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC Docket No. 14-0015). Homefield Energy has been selected by City of Bloomington as the supplier for its June 2020-June 2022 Opt-Out Government Aggregation Program. The Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement have been the subject of negotiations between Homefield Energy and City of Bloomington. Your Delivery Service Provider (DSP)—Ameren Illinois— retains responsibility for the delivery of electricity to your home. Homefield Energy’s obligations under this Agreement are conditioned upon you providing complete and accurate information to Homefield Energy throughout the Term.

  • Deposit of Redemption Price Prior to any Redemption Date, the Company shall deposit with the Trustee or with a Paying Agent (or, if the Company is acting as its own Paying Agent, segregate and hold in trust as provided in Section 1003) an amount of money sufficient to pay the Redemption Price of, and (except if the Redemption Date shall be an Interest Payment Date) accrued interest on, all the Securities which are to be redeemed on that date.

  • Sinking Fund The provisions of Sections 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06 shall be applicable to any sinking fund for the retirement of Securities of a series, except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 2.01 for Securities of such series. The minimum amount of any sinking fund payment provided for by the terms of Securities of any series is herein referred to as a “mandatory sinking fund payment,” and any payment in excess of such minimum amount provided for by the terms of Securities of any series is herein referred to as an “optional sinking fund payment”.
