Use of Other Resources. Use the services of SBE associations, federal, state and local SBE assistance offices and other organizations that provide assistance in the recruitment and placement of SBEs, including the Small Business Administration and the Business Development Agency of the Department of Commerce. However, only SBEs certified by the Agency shall count towards meeting the participation goal.

Use of Other Resources. The Parties may also agree to provide any of their respective resources to the other Party on a temporary basis, upon such terms and conditions as the Parties may mutually agree upon, to further the performance of this Agreement.

  • Limitations on Rights of Others The provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Owner Trustee, the Depositor, the Certificateholder, the Servicer and, to the extent expressly provided herein, the Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Noteholders, and nothing in this Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Owner Trust Estate or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.
