  • Passwords and Employee Access Provider shall secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the Services or to Student Data, at a level suggested by Article 4.3 of NIST 800-63-3. Provider shall only provide access to Student Data to employees or contractors that are performing the Services. Employees with access to Student Data shall have signed confidentiality agreements regarding said Student Data. All employees with access to Student Records shall pass criminal background checks.

About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Your ID card will identify you as a member when you receive the healthcare services covered under this agreement. By presenting your ID card to receive covered healthcare services, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and obligations of this agreement. Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Use of Volunteers The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
