Use of “Including. The words “include” and “including” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement are not limiting and shall be construed to be followed by the words “without limitation,” whether or not they are in fact followed by such words.
Use of “Including. The use of "including" or "includes" or similar words in this Agreement, when following any general statement, term or matter, is not to be construed to limit such general statement, term or matter to the specific items immediately following such word to those or similar items, whether or not non-limiting language (such as "without limitation" or "but not limited to" or words or phrases of similar import) is used, but rather such references shall be construed to refer to all items that could reasonably fall within the broadest possible scope of such general statement, term or matter.
Use of “Including. When used in this Agreement, the word “including” shall have its normal common meaning and any list of items that may follow such word shall not be deemed to represent a complete list.
Use of “Including. Whether or not expressly so provided herein, whenever the term “including” or a correlative term is used herein, it shall have the same meaning as if followed by the words “without limitation.”
Use of “Including. The use of the term "including" shall be deemed used in the broadest, most inclusive sense and the equivalent to including, without limitation.
Use of “Including. When the term “include” or “including” is used in this Agreement, it shall be construed to mean “include” or “including but not limited to” the things specifically mentioned.
Use of “Including. Unless the context otherwise requires, the words “include”, “includes”, and “including”, are deemed to be followed by “without limitation” whether or not they are followed by such words or words of similar impart.
