Common use of Use of “Including Clause in Contracts

Use of “Including. The use of "including" or "includes" or similar words in this Agreement, when following any general statement, term or matter, is not to be construed to limit such general statement, term or matter to the specific items immediately following such word to those or similar items, whether or not non-limiting language (such as "without limitation" or "but not limited to" or words or phrases of similar import) is used, but rather such references shall be construed to refer to all items that could reasonably fall within the broadest possible scope of such general statement, term or matter.
