Common use of Use of Buildings Clause in Contracts

Use of Buildings. In addition to use and control of the Church and parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x office, as provided by canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both the Xxxxxx and Vestry.

In addition to use and control of the Church and parish Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x Priest-in-Charge/Interim Xxxxxx office, as provided by canon law, the Priest-in-Charge/Interim Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both the Priest-in-Charge/Interim Xxxxxx and Vestry.

Use of Buildings. In addition to use and control of the Church and parish Church’s buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x office, as provided by canon lawthe Canons of the Diocese and by this Letter of Agreement and the Xxxxxx Position Description, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to permit individuals or groups from outside the parishChurch to use the Church’s buildings, following guidelines approved by both the Xxxxxx and Vestry.

In addition to use and control of the Church and parish Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x Rectors office, as provided by canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both the Xxxxxx and Vestry.

In addition to his/her use and control administration of the Church and parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x office, as provided by canon lawhis/her duties, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both parish under general conditions to be determined in conjunction with the Xxxxxx and Vestry.
