Upon receipt of written authorization from an employee, the Employer shall deduct from his/her earnings an initiation fee in the amount established by the Union in accordance with its Constitution and/or Bylaws and shall forward such deduction to the Union in the manner provided for in Article 6.04. Should the dues structure change, the Union will meet with the Employer to ensure a minimum cost to the Employer for computer change, insofar as it affects normal monthly deductions.
