UPGRADE OTHER THAN TIME CARD. If an employee who is temporarily upgraded other than on a time card basis is absent by reason of illness or disability, the sick leave pay for such absence shall be based on the rate of pay of the job to which the employee is temporarily upgraded. (Amended 1-1-91) 112.15 RETURN FROM LTD By written agreement between the Company and the Union and on an individual basis, an employee who qualified for and received benefits under provisions of the Long-Term Disability Plan of the Benefit Agreement between the Company and the Union may be returned to active Service.
