Unsolicited Spamming. You are not allowed to transmit mass, unsolicited emails, faxes, texts, direct mail, or phone calls to promote Scentsy Family, its products, or the Scentsy Family opportunity to people you do not know, or who have not given you permission to contact them regarding Scentsy Family. People who are ―opt in‖ subscribers, who have initiated a request to be included in bulk emailing, newsletter, or other standardized communications from you, are allowed. The use of deceptive subject lines and/or false header information or any other fraudulent tactics is prohibited. The making of unauthorized claims is also prohibited, as more fully described in Section 6.2.7.

  • Queries 1. If the Cardmember has any queries about any of the Charges or Transactions which appear in any Statement of Account, the Cardmember must contact AEME immediately and in any event, no later than 90 days from the date on which the Transaction or Charge was processed and debited to the Card Account. If the Cardmember fails to notify AEME of any queries or disputes within the 90 day period, then the Cardmember agrees and acknowledges that all Charges and Transactions which appear on the Statement of Account are true, accurate and correct and hereby waives any right to object, dispute or challenge, in any manner whatsoever, any such Transactions, Charges or amounts. AEME will assume all Charges and Transactions to be true, accurate and approved by the Cardmember upon the lapse of the said 90 day period.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article.
