Common use of Unpaid Leave for Family Purposes Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Leave for Family Purposes. An employee may elect, with the consent of Xxxxx’x, to take unpaid leave for the purposes of providing care and support to a person as outlined in 18.1 (b)(i)(B) who is ill.
