Common use of Unpaid Leave for Family Purposes Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Leave for Family Purposes. (i) An Employee may elect, with the consent of the Employer, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care to a family member who is ill.

Unpaid Leave for Family Purposes. (i) An Employee employee may elect, with the consent of the Employertheir manager, to take unpaid leave for the purpose purposes of providing care and support to care for a family member who is ill.
