Unlawful Use of Service. Services provided by FTC pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by FLATEL or its end users for any purpose in violation of law. FLATEL shall be responsible to ensure that FLATEL and its end users use of services provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. FTC may refuse to furnish service to FLATEL or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to FLATEL or, as appropriate, FLATEL's end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) FTC is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by FTC is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to FLATEL, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to FTC the written finding of a court, then upon request of FLATEL and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, FTC shall promptly restore such service.
Unlawful Use of Service. Services, facilities or unbundled elements provided by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by DTI or its end users for any purpose in violation of law. DTI, and not GTE, shall be responsible to ensure that DTI and its end users use of services, facilities or unbundled elements provided hereunder comply at all times with all applicable laws. GTE may refuse to furnish service to DTI or disconnect particular services, facilities or unbundled elements provided under this Agreement to DTI or, as appropriate, DTI's end user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service, facilities or unbundled elements is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. VERIZON may refuse to furnish service to SPRINT or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to SPRINT or, as appropriate, SPRINT's customer when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) VERIZON is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by VERIZON is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. CenturyTel may refuse to furnish service to Sprint or disconnect particular services, facilities or unbundled elements provided under this Agreement to Sprint or, as appropriate, Sprint's end-user when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service, facilities or unbundled elements is prohibited by law or (ii) CenturyTel is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by CenturyTel is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to Sprint, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to CenturyTel the written finding of a court, then upon request of Sprint and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, CenturyTel shall promptly restore such service.

GTE may refuse to furnish service to Gulf Coast or disconnect particular services provided under this Agreement to Gulf Coast or, as appropriate, Gulf Coast's customer when (i) an order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction finding that probable cause exists to believe that the use made or to be made of the service is prohibited by law or (ii) GTE is notified in writing by a law enforcement agency acting within its jurisdiction that any facility furnished by GTE is being used or will be used for the purpose of transmitting or receiving gambling information in interstate or foreign commerce in violation of law. Termination of service shall take place after reasonable notice is provided to Gulf Coast, or as ordered by the court. If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of Gulf Coast and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.

If facilities have been physically disconnected by law enforcement officials at the premises where located, and if there is not presented to GTE the written finding of a court, then upon request of USA Digital and agreement to pay restoral of service charges and other applicable service charges, GTE shall promptly restore such service.
