Common use of University Policies Clause in Contracts

University Policies. Tenant agrees to adhere to the published regulations of West Xxxxxxx University, including the current edition of the “Guide to Residential Living” and “Student Code of Conduct,” and the applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of Pennsylvania, the Borough of West Xxxxxxx, and East Bradford Township. Violation will result in applicable University and civil action.

Violation will result in applicable University and civil action.
