Common use of University Policies Clause in Contracts

University Policies. (a) The University will develop and/or maintain a range of policies, procedures and guidelines on human resources matters (such as staff complaint procedures, intellectual property and workplace bullying). Where University-wide policies, procedures and guidelines which have a significant and substantial impact on employees are developed or reviewed during the life of this Agreement, the University will consult with employees and the Unions as part of the University’s general consultation processes.
