UNION SECURITY AND POLITICAL CHECK-OFF. A. In accordance with Chapter 310 of the Laws of New Jersey for 1967 (N.J.S.A. 52:14-15 9e, as amended) the Employer agrees to deduct the Union Dues and regular assessment of each member of the bargaining unit who furnishes a voluntary written authorization for such deduction on a form acceptable to the Employer.
