UNION SECURITY AND DUES CHECK-OFF. 2.01 All current, new and probationary employees of the Company will, as a condition of employment, become and remain members of the Union in good standing as provided in the Constitution and By-laws of the Union. All current employees who have not already done so, new and probationary employees, will be required to sign an application for membership and authorization for check off of dues and initiation fee, supplied by the Union to the Company.
